During the health & food weeks, meditation exercises and mindful moves (simple yoga exercises) are offered in the morning, after which the theme of health is discussed. What can you do to give your body the best chances of good health, which food is nutricious and which vitamins and minerals do what and how do you get enough of them and from which food do you take them? Why is organic food so important? What does stress do to your body and mind and how do you use any nutritional supplements if needed? All these topics will be discussed during this workshop.This health & food program is offered including a personal coaching session.
